Chris Broomfield had already seen success in growing a social media following by creating videos of his unique cabins with the help of his past Social Media manager Mike Iannetta. Although he had amounted a strong follower count & virality, he was not actually getting any direct bookings from this and overall occupancy was below 50% despite having incredible stays. With 100% of his bookings coming from Airbnb, average daily rate kept lowering from the price competition & fight to rank higher in his oversaturated market.
