As our client base continues to expand, we are looking for a dedicated Marketing Assistant to join our growing production team. While our Account Managers focus on onboarding and building the strategic foundation of the marketing funnel, our team of Marketing Assistants is responsible for fueling and growing that funnel through high-volume, high-quality output. This is an entry-level position for someone who wants to master the art of digital execution alongside a group of like-minded creatives. We are looking for a teammate who can collaborate effectively, take a strategic framework, and turn it into a living, breathing brand presence.

Growth Potential: For high performers, this role has a clear potential growth path into an Account Manager position—the role responsible for leading that high-level strategy and overseeing the performance of a portfolio of accounts.

Summary of Role

As a Marketing Assistant, you are a key contributor within our creative engine. Your mission is to fuel the marketing funnel by transforming high-level strategies into scroll-stopping Reels/TikToks, engaging Stories, and email campaigns that keep audiences moving toward a booking. This is a hands-on, high-output role for a digital native who thrives in a collaborative environment and specializes in the “doing”—capturing attention, designing for conversion, and maintaining a consistent brand pulse. Working alongside a team of assistants, you will support the Account Management team by ensuring the creative assets that drive growth are produced, polished, and scheduled with absolute precision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Content Creation: Create and schedule scroll-stopping short-form videos (Reels/TikToks) and carousels that feed the top of the funnel, highlight property experiences, and inspire viewers to take action.
  • Instagram Stories Creation: Design and publish Stories that support weekly content plans—including interactive tools (polls, questions, links) to actively move followers toward email sign-ups and website traffic.
  • Email Marketing Execution: Execute the mid-to-bottom funnel strategy by designing and scheduling weekly email campaigns that match each brand’s voice and drive direct bookings.
  • Data Collection & Reporting: Gather weekly performance data for client accounts from social media, email platforms, and website analytics to help the team measure funnel growth.
  • Project Management: Maintain a highly organized workflow within Asana, ensuring the Account Management team has real-time visibility into the production pipeline.

Qualifications

Must-Have:

  • Confident using Instagram features, including Reels, Stories, tagging, commenting, and DMs.
  • Familiarity with creating short-form video content (using the Instagram editor or similar tools) and ability to follow visual and copy-based content templates.
  • Strong graphic design skills in Canva, with an eye for clean, on-brand design
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to juggle multiple client projects and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and holds a strong sense of personal ownership over all work.
  • Team-oriented yet able to work independently; comfortable collaborating closely but also productive working solo.
  • Eager to learn, open to feedback, and motivated to grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Genuine interest in travel, hospitality, and a passion for helping businesses grow.

Good to Have:

  • Prior experience with social media marketing/management in a professional setting
  • Experience with scheduling tools like Meta Business Suite
  • Experience with email marketing and/or CRM software
