As our client base continues to expand, we are looking for a dedicated Marketing Assistant to join our growing production team. While our Account Managers focus on onboarding and building the strategic foundation of the marketing funnel, our team of Marketing Assistants is responsible for fueling and growing that funnel through high-volume, high-quality output. This is a hands-on position for someone who wants to master the art of digital execution alongside a group of like-minded creatives.

Summary of Role

As a Marketing Assistant, you play a key role in carrying out the day-to-day marketing for a portfolio of client accounts. Your primary focus is creating and scheduling Instagram Reels/TikToks and email campaigns that help clients grow a loyal, engaged audience, stay top of mind, and drive direct bookings. This is a hands-on, high-output role for someone who thrives on the execution side of marketing—turning strategy into polished, on-brand deliverables across multiple brands. Working closely with the Account Management team, you will help keep client marketing moving forward through consistent content production, strong attention to detail, and reliable execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Content Creation: Create and schedule compelling short-form content—including Reels, Carousels, and Stories—that hooks viewers instantly, highlights each brand’s value, encourages engagement, and turns viewers into interested potential guests.
  • Email Marketing Execution: Create and schedule weekly email campaigns tailored to each client’s brand, audience, and goals using a mix of value-driven and promotional content to nurture the audience, build trust over time, and drive direct bookings.
  • Data Collection & Reporting: Record weekly social media and email performance data to identify insights and inform ongoing strategy improvements for each client.
  • Project Management: Manage tasks and deadlines within Asana to maintain an organized workflow and provide the Account Management team with visibility into the production pipeline.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to support client success, share feedback, and contribute to a strong, collaborative environment as the company grows.
  • Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Take initiative in identifying new ideas, creative opportunities, and process improvements that strengthen content performance and improve execution.
  • Account Management Support: Assist Account Managers with additional tasks as needed to support day-to-day client management and overall account success.

Qualifications

Must-Have:

  • Familiarity and passion for creating short-form video content (using the Instagram editor, CapCut, or similar tools) and the ability to follow visual and copy-based content templates.
  • Confident using Instagram features, including Reels, Stories, tagging, commenting, and DMs.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Strong Canva skills and a good eye for clean, on-brand design.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and holds a strong sense of personal ownership over all work.
  • Team-oriented yet able to work independently; comfortable collaborating closely but also productive working solo.
  • Eager to learn, open to feedback, and motivated to grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Genuine interest in travel, hospitality, and a passion for helping businesses grow.

Good to Have:

  • Prior experience with social media marketing/management in a professional setting
  • Experience with scheduling tools like Meta Business Suite
  • Experience with email marketing and/or CRM software

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: $40K -$50K annually
